A stick for exercise is provided to improve an exercise effect by accelerating a forward exercise by reaction generated in a reverse movement by forming a wheel part that is forwardly rotated in a forward movement and is fixed without reversely rotating in the reverse movement. The stick for exercise includes: a handle part(200) installed on an upper part thereof; a stick body(100) connected to the lower end of the handle part and having an elastic part(400) formed on a middle part thereof; and a wheel part(300) connected to a lower end part of the stick body so as to rotate in only one direction and formed so that forward rotation in a forward movement is accepted and reverse rotation in a reverse movement is impossible. |
