FIELD: oil producing and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed pump is designed for transferring viscous liquid products containing mechanical impurities. Pump has drive with reciprocating and rotating device and plunger coupled with said device. Hydraulic part consists of cylinder, plunger, set of plunger seals, and suction and delivery line channels of handled liquid. Channels of suction and delivery lines are made in side walls of cylinder, being spaced over cylinder length and constantly closed by plunger. Plunger has central channel open from side opposite to drive. Suction and delivery recesses hermetically separated from each other are made on outer surface of plunger. Said recesses communicate with central channel through corresponding suction and delivery holes. Suction and delivery holes are spaced over length of plunger. Said suction and delivery recesses are made for alternate communication with channel of suction line, when pulling plunger out of cylinder, and delivery line, when pushing plunger into cylinder. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability owing to small number of mating parts, reduced cost of manufacture and servicing. ^ 1 dwg |
