It is described a gas-generator for generating of thermal energy from low-calorie fuel, as well as from carbon-containing waste, containing a gasifiable raw material load facility, a gasifying chamber, supplied with a shutter grate, placed in the bottom zone of the gasifying chamber and the means of gasifying medium supply, a gasification product discharge and nongasifiable fixed residual removal, a gasification product reheat chamber, supplied with a reheat medium supply device and a thermal energy utilization device, directly connected with each other. The increased thermal energy yield is achieved due to the fact that the gas-generator contains additionally a fuel pretreatment and pregasification chamber, preferably made as a low-temperature carbonization shaft, connected with the gasifiable raw material load facility and the gasifying chamber, and also a device of pressure suppression in the gasifying chamber, which is preferably combined with the device of supply of the reheat medium into the reheat chamber, preferably executed as a combustion liner, and is preferably executed as a flue-gas fan, preferably established directly behind the waste heat boiler, means of gasifying medium supply into the gasifying chamber, and a gasification product discharge device being located in a benthonic zone of the gasifying chamber. |
