The present invention is related to the bakery industry, more particularly to equipment for demoulding bakery products. The invention mainly refers to equipment for removing soft-bakery products from moulds, which is characterised in that it comprises articulated claws including a pair of opposite straight arms arranged in a positive tilt while resting, each arm comprising a pair of curved needles located at an end portion thereof, which are laterally inserted into the product. The arms are pivotally joined by a first end portion thereof to the lateral portion of a frame which is fixed to a lower supporting structure, the second end portion thereof being joined to a horizontal bar located within said frame. The bar is vertically displaced while attached to an endless screw which is displaced across the frame upper bolster, and joined to an upper supporting structure which is simultaneously actuated by at least a vertical linear actuator, thereby upwardly and downwardly displacing said horizontal bar within the frame and opening or closing the claws. |
