FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to affect patient's eye with laser beam which passes not destructing tissue integrity through cornea, anterior chamber, a pupil and then - through posterior chamber, lens and retrolenticular fissure. The beam should be focused upon the surface of anterior hyaloid membrane by perforating in it, at least, one foramen at 50 mcm diameter. Through the foramen developed the gel of eyeball's vitreous body penetrates the space of retrolenticular fissure and washes the lens. The innovation enables to reconstruct lenticular transparency due to its additional nourishing with vitreous body's gel. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 3 cl, 1 ex |
