An output impedance matching device of a transmission stage of a mobile communication terminal is provided to vary output impedance according to changes of a battery voltage, thereby satisfying both efficiency characteristic and neighbor channel power intercept characteristic in the mobile terminal transmission stage. An output impedance matching circuit(50) variably generates output impedance according to a battery voltage by being connected to an output stage of a PAM(Power Amplifier Module)(10). An output impedance controller controls the output impedance on the basis of the battery voltage. A countercurrent intercept unit(40) is connected between the output stage of the PAM(10) and an output stage of the output impedance controller, applies a voltage outputted from the output impedance controller to the matching circuit(50), and intercepts backward flowing of the outputted voltage of the PAM(10) to the output impedance controller.
