FIELD: measuring technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: energy meter has energy-to-number-of-pulses measuring converter which has the first voltage input connected to first bus of power mains. Second voltage input is connected to second bus of high-voltage power mains through primary measuring voltage converter. Current inputs are connected in parallel to shunt bought into circuit of first bus of high-voltage power mains. Meter also has power unit provided with transformer, which has outputs connected with supply inputs of energy-to-number-of-pulses measuring converter. First bus of high-voltage power mains is connected with second bus of high-voltage power mains through branch, which is composed of capacitor and of primary winding of transformer of power unit. ^ EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
