FIELD: medicine, in particular oncology and hematology. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes determination of blood cell composition wherein absolute lymphocytes and CD34-lymphocytes in peripheral blood and percent ratio of CD34-cells to lymphocytes amount is calculated according to the next equation: CD34 % = CD34 abs./lymphocytes abs. x 100 %, wherein CD34 % is relative amount of CD34-lymphocytes; CD34 abs.; lymphocytes abs. is absolute lymphocyte amount.
