A punching apparatus of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) guide hole is provided to improve work efficiency and to exactly perform a process by automatically processing the guide hole through swing of a process device. In a punching apparatus of a PCB guide hole, a table(200) has a square-type receiving groove(210). A absorption unit is installed on the square-type receiving groove(210) The absorption unit moves the PCB up, down, left, and right side by absorbing the PCB in vacuum. A punching unit(400) is protruded upward of the table(200) by being coupled to a rear side of the table(200). The punching unit(400) has a camera(420) on a bottom of a front portion of the punching unit(400). A monitor(430) is adhered to the front portion of the punching unit(400). The monitor(430) displays an image photographed by the camera(420). The punching unit(400) has a swing arm. The swing arm is installed on a rear of the camera(420). The swing arm swings downward of the camera(420) when processing the guide hole of the PCB.
