A cartridge sheet and a butterfly valve using the same are provided to simply exchange the cartridge sheet engaged with the interior of a valve body by engaging a separable member with a fixed member and separating the cartridge sheet from the valve body. A cartridge sheet includes a cartridge sheet body(10), an inner ring(20), and a fixation member(30). A recess(11) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cartridge sheet body, which makes contact with the interior of the valve body, to reduce the contact area with a valve body and to absorb the expansion force. The inner ring has a circular shape, and is embedded in the cartridge sheet body. A plurality of through-holes(21) are formed in the inner ring. At least one fixation member is fixed to an end on one side of the inner ring. A separation member(40) separating the cartridge sheet body from the interior of the valve body is detachably engaged with the fixation member. A female screw part(31) is formed inside of the fixation member and a male screw part(41) is formed at one side end of the separation member.
