A method and system for management of software product licences

摘要

To display the licence ownership position for a vendor's software products to a customer the software product licensing data is retrieved from a sales database and other software product licence data is retrieved from the customer as well as data concerning the assessed use of the software products by the customer. From this composite of data a licence ownership position for the customer is calculated and the licence ownership position and the assumptions about the calculations are displayed in a graphical user interface.
