Disclosed herein is a use of (i) a corticosteroid; and (ii) a tetra-substituted pyrimidopyrimidine of formula (I) in the preparation of a medicament for simultaneous, separate, or sequential use for treating an immunoinflainmatory disorder selected from the group consisting of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, stroke-induced brain cell death, ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, type I diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, or Sjogren's syndrome, wherein the variables shown in formula (I) are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed are the corresponding pharmaceutical compositions, pharmaceutical packs and kits.
