The column has a tubular base element (1) that is provided along a longitudinal axis. A bottom wall (4) comprises a flow guiding canal (5) extending from a connection passage (2b) towards a central zone of inner side (4a) of the wall. The inner side of the wall comprises a peripheral seat (6) in a small declivity which spills in a hollow central zone (7). A connection passage (2a) emerges out in an inner space (2) of the element (1) at the level of the seat. The guiding canal connects the passage (2b) to the central zone of the inner side (4a) of the wall.
