A mounting assembly for mounting a frame to a support means, including: a frame; a mounting means fixed to the support means; a top strut pivotally connected to the mounting means and to the frame; and a bracing means. The frame is operable to be lifted away from the support means when in a retracted state in which the top strut extends above the point at which it is connected to the mounting means, to an extended state in which the frame is braced by the bracing means and rotated such that it extends substantially perpendicular from the support means and the top strut extends below the point at which it is connected to the mounting means.
