A slip prevention roller installed in liquid is provided to prevent separation of a polyimide film from a roller due to a slip phenomenon between the roller and the polyimide film by forming a groove on the outer peripheral surface of the roller. A slip prevention roller is provided in a conductive metal plating polyimide film manufacturing system. A plurality of grooves(G) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the roller(211,320,330) and maintains a predetermined interval. Bosses(P) are formed between the grooves. When the polyimide film is fed through the roller, the liquid between the polyimide film and the roller is sucked into the grooves of the roller. The polyimide film is uniformly attached to the boss of the roller. The groove of the roller having a predetermined width is formed in a clockwise coil form on the outer peripheral surface between edges of the roller. A predetermined interval is maintained between the coil form grooves. The boss is formed between the grooves maintaining the predetermined interval.
