A dishwasher system, a multi-functional device, and a method of washing dishes are provided to maximize the sterilization effect of the dishes through the silver ion by adopting a silver electrolytic cell eluting the silver ion through electrolysis. A multi-functional device is composed of an electrolytic cell(200) having negative and positive pole chambers(201,202); a control part(210) for controlling the electrolytic cell; a washing tub(220) for washing the dishes; a first ion water pipe connecting the electrolytic cell to the washing tub; a second ion water pipe for connecting the electrolytic cell to an outlet cock; and valves(230,240) mounted with the first and second ion water pipe and controlled by the control part.
