<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made cap hinged to open/close integrally molded by means of a metal mold, which can keep a lid member opened when opening a lid and bring a pilfer-proof function to the lid. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting member 2 and the lid member 3 are coupled via a pair of right and left hinges 4 and coupled via breakable weak regions 5 and 5 while the lid member 3 is closed on the mounting member 2. In addition, an engaging recess 11 is formed on a skirt 32 of the lid member 3 between the right and left hinges 4, and a locking protrusion 12 is formed on a shoulder 22 of the mounting member 2. The container is constituted so that the external end of the locking protrusion 12 is located slightly outward from a trace drawn by the upper end of the engaging recess 11 when the lid member 3 is rotated around the hinges 4, whereby the upper end of the recess 11 and the external end of the protrusion 12 engage with each other when the lid member 3 is opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
