PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean curd refuse molded product to be dried enabling efficient dryness of bean curd refuse.

SOLUTION: The bean curd refuse molded product is obtained by molding bean curd refuse into a sheet state. The bean curd refuse molded product is molded through pressure treatment or flatting treatment, or both of them so that the bean curd refuse molded product is treated so as to have a regular thickness and a planar area. For improving the dryness efficiency after treatment, the bean curd refuse molded product preferably has a thickness of ≤1 mm and the planar area of ≤25 cm2.
