PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize virtual operation timing of a processor after emulation. SOLUTION: A bus access cycle number after emulation is estimated correctly. Therefore, a cycle number concerning bus access when a command is issued from the processor (MIPS) is divided for every factor, and the bus access cycle number is estimated as a sum total of the cycle number for every factor. For example, a BusArbiter object receives data representing a substantial time required for execution of the demand from a peripheral for executing the demand from the MIPS, receives the present DMA state from a DMA controller, and transmits them to the MIPS.
