PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal joint member which hardly causes torsion or displacement between precast floor slabs during construction by an erection method for the precast floor slabs, and which facilitate work for correcting the torsion or the displacement on the occurrence of the torsion or the displacement. SOLUTION: When the plurality of precast floor slabs, in which a sheath pipe is embedded, are erected in a juxtaposed state, the tubular seal joint member 10 is arranged among ends of the sheath pipes of the plurality of precast floor slabs. In the member 10, a plurality of annular elastic bodies 11 are joined and integrated together via an annular reinforcing layer 21.
