PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform straightening of air flow on an upper surface of a rear body. SOLUTION: A rear spoiler device has: a top wing actuation mechanism which changes a posture to a storage posture which stores the top wing part 4a of an upper spoiler 2a in an opening part 25, and composes a rear body design surface by closing the opening part 25 with the top wing part 4a, and to an action posture projecting from the opening part 25; and a bottom wing actuation mechanism which changes a posture to the storage posture which stores the bottom wing part 4b of the lower spoiler 2b in the opening part 25 when the top wing part 4a is in a storage posture, and to the action posture projecting the bottom wing part 4b from the opening part 25 when the top wing part 4a is in the action posture.
