<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align the position of the image precisely. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple medical images (the current image 30 and the past image 40) are loaded (S1) and each of the loaded medical image is into smaller divisions S and S' (S3). The moving range for the smaller division is set (S4). In the moving range, an index value representing the degree of misalignment of the smaller division S of the present image 30 is calculated, moving the smaller division S' of the past image 40 (S5). The position of the smaller division S' when the index value becomes minimum in the moving range is detected (S6-8) and the smaller division S' is moved to the detected position to align the position of the smaller division S and the smaller division S' (S9-12). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
