<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton with a bisecting partition which is structured to raise integral partition boards from opposing bottom boards composing an auto-bottom, and has a locking structure that maintains the raised state of the carton to allow to stable transportation of the carton itself and normally fill contents, and that is effective in automatizing carton-making and filling the contents. <P>SOLUTION: The carton with the bisecting partition is composed of a sheet of blank. The carton includes a front board, a rear board, and both side boards which are formed into a quadrangular cylindrical peripheral wall using folding lines. A bottom board and the partition board are formed consecutively as an extension from the lower end of the front board and as an extension from the lower end of the rear board. A superposing bottom board and a pasting board are formed consecutively as an extension from the lower end of each of both side boards. Each pasting board is pasted on each adjacent bottom board, and the partition boards are raised and superposed on each other to bisect a space in the carton. Each pasting board has a stepped engaging projection on its right end which has a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion. The folding line between each bottom board and each partition board has an engaging hole that is bored at a position where the engaging projection is fitted in and engaged with the engaging hole.
