<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the setting of a spare path considering band sharing. <P>SOLUTION: A connection-oriented network node can be an initial node of a spare path which is an alternative route for a protected segment including an active path currently used in a network system in which data are transferred through the path established beforehand between nodes. In setting the spare path, the connection-oriented network node includes a use band determination part for determining the use band of the spare path to be set based on the active path including the protected segment protected by the spare path to be set, and a generator for generating and sending out a signaling message for setting the spare path to be set when the added value of the determined use band and the use band of the current spare band of an interface into which the data to be transferred with the spare path to be set are sent out does not exceed a usable band for the spare path set beforehand at the interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
