<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire images in the wide range of the entire periphery of the tract wall of the digestive tract or the like inside a living body. <P>SOLUTION: A capsule type endoscope 3 is provided with a conical mirror 14 positioned on the same optical axis as that of an optical system device 13 at the front of the optical system device and arranged turning a vertex to the center of the optical system device 13.
