PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article supply device and a combined weighing device equipped with it, capable of horizontally aligning postures of short and long bar-shaped articles supplied from an upper direction and supplying these articles to a lower direction while preventing failure of these articles. SOLUTION: A flexible sheet member 21 having a pair of parallel edge parts extending to the horizontal direction one of which is a fixed edge part 21a and the other of which is movable edge part 21b is provided. Via a slider 28 vertically slid by an air cylinder while supported by a guide rod 29, the movable edge part 21b is situated in an article receiving position P1 in a high place to bend the sheet member 21 so as to have an approximately U-shape, at the time of article reception from the upper place, and the movable edge part 21b is situated in an article receiving position P2 in a low place to bend the sheet member 21 so as to have a chute shape, at the time of article supply to the lower place.
