PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a roll warning in an optimum time according to a traveling state of a vehicle by a simple processing. SOLUTION: A vehicle speed sensor 22 detects the speed of the vehicle. An inclination amount calculation part 20 calculates the inclination amount in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle based on the detection value from the right and left height sensors 16, 17. The roll warning set value is previously stored in the roll warning set value storage part 19 according to the vehicle speed. A determination part 21 acquires the roll warning set value corresponding to the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed sensor 22 from the roll warning set value storage part 19, and determines whether or not the inclination amount calculated by the inclination amount calculation part 20 exceeds the roll warning set value to be acquired. A warning device 23 issues the alarm for a driver of the vehicle when the determination part 21 determines that the inclination amount exceeds the roll warning set value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
