PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device for a vehicle capable of efficiently discharging the heat stored inside a cabin at parking outside the cabin with simple structure. SOLUTION: When a start of in-cabin ventilation is determined based on preset conditions, an ECU 30 performs control to open a movable roof panel 14 of a sunroof mechanism 10 to a preset opening position, and sets an air introducing mode into the cabin in an outdoor air introducing mode by control of an inside-outside air changeover damper 25 of an air-conditioning unit 20 to drive a blower motor 24. Thus, the heat stored inside the cabin at parking can be efficiently discharged outside the cabin with a simple structure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
