PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid concentration measuring instrument of excellent measuring precision allowing simple measurement and capable of making the best use of information convenient for after-processing a measured value. SOLUTION: A reagent is sealed preliminarily in a storage cartridge. Soil component water is weighed easily by a component water cartridge. The component water cartridge is layered onto the storage cartridge. A hole is drilled from a substantially central part bottom of each cell in the component water cartridge toward the storage cartridge, by a penetration rod, and the soil component water is made to flow into the storage cartridge. The same work is carried out in every of the cells to prepare a measured solution in response to a soil component. Erroneous work is thereby prevented, and a weighing time is shortened. The storage cartridge is inserted, followed thereto, into the liquid concentration measuring instrument to measure a concentration of the measured solution. A subjective point of a measuring person is prevented from being contained in the measured value, because provided with a control processing part for controlling and measuring a luminescent color of a light emitting part and received luminous energy of a photoreception part.
