摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a liquid in a channel by electroosmosis flow at a voltage of lower than 1.1 V which does not cause electrolysis. SOLUTION: The apparatus is for transferring a liquid in a channel formed in a substrate and the apparatus is constructed in a manner that at least one annular channel is formed in an annular form and connected adjacently to the channel and reflux is generated in the annular channel direction by electroosmosis current generated by voltage application and the liquid is transferred in the channel by the generated reflux in the annular channel.
