PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle training device, in which muscles of legs and loins can be three-dimensionally trained. SOLUTION: This muscle training device is composed of at least a footrest member and an expansion member. The footrest member comprises a footrest part, where a foot is placed, and at least one expansion member installation part. The expansion member is composed of a cord- or strip-like member, at least 10cm long, having an expansion function, and flexibility. The expansion member is in such a structure that it can be connected to the footrest installation part on one side. On the other side of it, a foot hooking part is formed.
