PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled toilet paper holder which has a remaining number-controlling and supplying function with which the number of remaining rolls can be easily recognized at any time, a roll is taken out of the container immediately and is supplied to a roll dispenser if it is necessary, and an addition can be carried out quickly when the number of the remaining rolls in the container decreases by arranging the container so that rolls are contained in front of its user. SOLUTION: A window 114 for recognizing the number of remaining rolls is made on the front surface of a rolled toilet paper holder 100 to facilitate the supplement of rolls 112.
