PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an outer surface of an attached puncture needle tip clean preventing loss of appearance and reducing labor of washing. SOLUTION: The puncture needle tip 10a is freely removable to the mounting hole 100 equipped at the tip of blood component determining apparatus 12 which also works as a puncture apparatus. The puncture needle tip 10a is equipped with a housing 14 and a puncture needle 34, and has a cover 22 spreading over the attached surrounding outer surface 12a when attached to the contacting part 23 touching to the punctured site of skin with the puncture needle 34 and the blood component determining apparatus 12.
