PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for rapidly and efficiently treating a large amount of a carrier in an analysis of interaction between biomolecules using the carrier in which the biomolecules are immobilized. SOLUTION: A reactor is used for making the biomolecules on the carrier interact with biomolecules in a sample. The reactor is equipped with a temperature controller 14 for controlling the temperature of the sample and the carrier 23, a carrier holder 11 having a plurality of carrier housing parts having discharge ports 22, a washing head 12 provided with a lid body having a plurality of feed holes for feeding a wash liquid or a gas to the carrier housing parts of the carrier holder and a holder housing container 13 having a plurality of recessed parts for housing the carrier housing parts of the carrier holder 11.
