An artificial heart pump in which a magnetic repulsion by each of permanent magnets (3a), (5b), (5c), and (8a) is adjusted to set clearances between both end faces of a sleeve (5) and the end faces of fixed bodies (3, 8) to optimum distances. The distances among the permanent magnets (3a), (5c), (5b) and (8a) are adjusted by adjusting the number of adjusting rings (9) to adjust the magnetic repulsion by each of the permanent magnets (3a), (5b), (5c), and (8a).
