PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of generating only partial data required by a user, for example, as a partial data file of data format displayable alone, in a structured document data file.

SOLUTION: When a receiving section 201 receives a transmission request of a specific structured document data from an external terminal device, a desired part of the structured document data is extracted from a storage section 204 by an extraction section 205 based on desired part information included in the transmission request. The extracted desired part is divided according to a division rule by a processing section 206, and the data for transmission is generated. The generated data for transmission is transmitted to the external terminal device by a transmission section 208.
