PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay of which the degree of freedom is large in designing, and the productivity is high. SOLUTION: A supporting shaft 58 is inserted into and penetrated through a shaft hole composed of one side of a movable iron piece 50 and of a leaf spring 53 fixed to one side of the movable iron piece 50, and the movable iron piece 50 is rotatably supported via the support shaft 58. Then, the movable iron piece 50 is rotated around the supporting shaft 58 based on excitation and demagnetization of an electromagnet unit 60 to alternatively drive a contact unit 10 by both end parts of the leaf spring 53. In particular, the support shaft 58 has been inserted into and penetrated through the shaft hole consisting of plane one side of the movable iron piece 50 and a bearing part 55 formed by applying bending working to the leaf spring 53 to rotatably support the movable iron piece 50.
