PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium capable of easily managing files including a video file, even if files to be managed are increased. SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, information of a file system includes a file entry in which a recording position of a video file in file entry is described, the file entry includes allocation descriptor (AD), the allocation descriptor includes length information and position information of an extent, also existence of an unrecorded region is permitted in the extent, AV addresses are set in the video file, an order of the AV address is set according to a description order of the allocation descriptor in the file entry.
