PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top soil protective sheet usable without any problem by maintaining strength during the use period, rapidly decomposable in a natural environment by microorganisms in soil and water after use without imparting any damage to the others, and having such a property that it is decomposed finally into water and carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: This biodegradable top soil protective sheet is formed by twining at random poly-lactic yarn of 1 to 30 decidex in thickness and 20 to 80 mm in length. The thickness of the sheet is 5 yo 40 mm and the porosity is 90% or higher. A conduit is formed in the surface direction of an internal space. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
