PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute an optimal chemical injection quantity for a plurality of chemical injectors by leveling water quality in a water distributing pipe net. SOLUTION: This chemical injection control device 20 is composed of a pipe net data input means 30, a pipe net database 35, a water quality computing means 40, a water quality target value input means 51, a chemical injector operation state input means 52, a leveling index computing means 70 and an optimal chemical injection quantity computing means 75. The leveling index computing means 70 arithmetically operates a leveling index of the water quality from water quality data of a plurality of points arithmetically operated by the water quality computing means 40. The optimal chemical injection quantity computing means 75 sets a chemical injection quantity of most leveling the leveling index arithmetically operated by the leveling index computing means 70 for satisfying a water quality target value inputted by the water quality target value input means 51, that is, the chemical injection quantity of the plurality of chemical injectors 6 operating at present when viewed from an operation state of the chemical injectors 6 inputted by the chemical injector operation state input means 52, as the optimal chemical injection quantity.
