<p>A new adsorbing material for decontaminating air pollution is composed of bamboo charcoal or wood charcoal in 50-100 part by weight and additives in 0-50 part by weight. The additives are selected from the group of silica gel, anhydrous titanium dioxide, anhydrous cupric sulfate, anhydrous calcium chloride and calcium oxide. The method for preparing the adsorbing material is also disclosed. The bamboo charcoal or wood charcoal is treated by strengthened activating process, then mixed with additives, and packed. The present invention can effectively adsorb and degrade the poisonous gas in the air, and inhibit and sterilize the virus in the air. This adsorbing material is safe, high efficiency, energy economizing, and environment friendly, and has excellent properties.</p> |
