Provided is a noise filter reduced in sizes. The noise filter for attenuating noise is provided with a coil wherein a conducting wire (2) is wound around a magnetic core (1); a case (6) formed of an insulating material for storing the coil; a bracket (8) for placing the case, which has two end plates (12a, 12b) arranged at a prescribed interval to face each of the both ends of the magnetic core of the coil, and a bottom plate (8a) arranged between the two end plates, and is composed of a magnetic material which forms a magnetic path of a magnetism generated from the coil; and input/output terminals (3a, 3b) for the coil.
