A method for fabricating an organic light emitting display device and a fabricating apparatus thereof are provided to fabricate a transmission layer corresponding to a large-sized substrate by performing an ultraviolet hardening process as a spot shape in an assembly stage and then executing a whole ultraviolet process. In a fabricating apparatus of an organic light emitting display device, a first substrate(120) and a second substrate(130) are attached to each other. An organic light emitting diode is formed on the first substrate(120). A drying agent is formed on the second substrate(130). The first and second substrates(120,130) are sealed by hardening a sealing agent positioned between the first and second substrates(120,130). A first chamber(100) includes a plurality of first holes(110) and a first transmission layer(111) sealing the first holes(110) and performs an attaching process of the first and second substrates(120,130). A second chamber includes a second hole on a predetermined area and a second transmission layer sealing the second hole and performs a sealing process of the first and second substrates(120,130). |
