PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an impractical problem that it is necessary to allow a user to update firmware, or to recover a product and rewrite a program in order to adopt conventional technology to a shipped product. SOLUTION: The state of a first apparatus connected through a network is acquired by a first protocol, a message based on a second protocol between the first apparatus and a second apparatus is acquired and stored and messages corresponding to a specific state are extracted in time series (S105).
