PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulence in a door opening/closing detection sensor of a game machine. SOLUTION: The door opening/closing detection sensor comprises a rod-like operation part 30 energized to the front side of a casing, a first light emitting part 10 disposed near the rear end of the operation part, a first light receiving part 11 disposed to face the first light emitting part with the operation part in-between, a second light emitting part 20 disposed at the rear end of a cylindrical space in the interior of the operation part, and a second light receiving part 21 disposed in a door. When the door 130 is closed, the first light receiving part 11 does not receive light but the second light receiving part 2 receives light. When the door 130 is open, the first light receiving part 11 receives the light but the second light receiving part 21 does not receive the light. If the distal end of the operation part 30 is intentionally forced into the casing, either the first light receiving part 11 or the second light receiving part 21 does not receive light.
