PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe air pressure adjustment module which can be used under the same atmosphere as actually going to highlands and can be easily carried and assembled. SOLUTION: The air pressure adjustment module 1 is constituted by assembling a plurality of panel-like module elements 3 formed of fiber reinforced plastics, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 15 disposed so as to be provided with a silencing function are provided on the inner wall surfaces of all or a part of the module elements 3. The module element 3 is constituted of a front surface panel 7, a rear surface panel 9, two side top surface panels 11 and a floor surface panel 13, and the cross sectional shape of the assembled air pressure adjustment module 1 is set to be a vertically long elliptic shape or oval shape.
