The post has a tube (1) which is fixed with a base part in ground. Labels are fixed on a flattened surface such as plates of the post. A measuring point device is arranged in an inner portion of the post, and a solar cell device (4) is attached with the measuring point device. The solar cell device rotates opposite to the tube, and is arranged at a desired rotating position of the post using a fixing device such as clamping screw (9).
