<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accumulation of oil in an evaporator and to secure compressor protection and capability of an evaporator unit by detecting performance degradation or the like of the evaporator and by executing oil return operation into a cycle from the evaporator. <P>SOLUTION: This ejector type refrigeration cycle 50 is provided with: a compressor 1 for compressing a refrigerant; a condenser 2 for condensing the compressed refrigerant; an ejector 6 arranged in the downstream of the condenser and capable of exerting suction force in its suction port 64; the evaporator 7 having a refrigerant exit connected to the suction port 64 of the ejector; detection means 11, 12, 13 and 14 for detecting control factors for determining accumulation of oil in the evaporator 7; and an oil running-down means for running down the oil when the accumulation of the oil is determined based on the information of the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
