<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately change contents of guidance information displayed during working into contents appropriate to a user, and to exhibit it. <P>SOLUTION: This guidance information provision device has: a support scenario storage part storing a support scenario defining how to produce the guidance information; a guidance generation control part setting a parameter of the support scenario by use of a scenario condition table, and generating the guidance information on the basis of contents of the support scenario after the parameter setting; a state detection part detecting a state of a document preparation part in time of user operation on the displayed guidance information and on document preparation to generate state detection information; a guidance evaluation part setting and changing contents of the scenario condition table on the basis of the state detection information; and a guidance exhibition part exhibiting the generated guidance information such that the guidance information is displayed on a display screen of the document preparation part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
