PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To imagine a moving picture in a prescribed region and also trace a behavior of a person to image its moving picture. SOLUTION: The supervisory system includes: a mirror unit; an imaging section for imaging an image reflected by the mirror unit; a mirror rotation control section for rotating the mirror unit so that the mirror unit may reflect images in a plurality of different regions continuously in a direction of the imaging section; and an imaging control section that allows the imaging section to image a prescribed region whose image is reflected in a direction of the imaging section by the mirror unit when the mirror unit is directed in the prescribed direction for every rotation of the mirror unit to acquire the moving picture in the prescribed region.
